Forum Discussion
Not really sure where the best place to write this is, but these forums seem best place to be seen from someone at EA. Understand that CM's here may not have the power to esculate this issue further up the chain, but worth a shot.
From an IT background, I understand the mechanic of softbans and why they are in the game. We are at a stage of the game now with infinite SBC's and players trying to "grind" to collect cards to try out on the pitch. Is the risk of coin farming at this point in the game still a bigger issue than a loss of player engagement time on the game because they are "soft-banned"? I know getting soft-banned is making a lot of people annoyed at not being able to continue to submit SBC's and play the game. This is the only game I know of that forces someone to stop playing the game because they've played too much.
What would it take from EA to consider switching off these soft-bans until the end of this years EA FC cycle, so we can utilise the infinite SBC's as designed without restriction? I think it's a time of the year where the remaining players in the game just want to have fun, collect cards freely and try them out in the game.
