Some features have been disabled ea app launched from another application

When efc24 launch when i am clicking to log in to my user data tha app is closing and the this message appears!

Hi there.

When i login Ultimate team, after 10-15 second kicking on game with issue no connection etc. and my EA PLAY writing "some features have been disabled because the ea app launched from another application ea fc 24 " when i in game. After quit game there is no problem on that.

Please fix this.
