Some of my players in fc 24 turned into concept players overnight

My 86 ovr garnacho, my 89 ovr reus, my 86 ovr barella, my 84 ovr sule, and my 87 ovr kobel all turned into concept players overnight and i really want them back can you guys pls help me, thanks.
