Startup issue with EA FC 24 (possible bug)

I am on an Xbox One.

When I startup EA FC 24, once the loading is complete, I get to a black screen with a small white box on the bottom left.

It looks like the screen showing the EA FC 25 purchase options has started to load, but didn't fully load.

The EA FC 24 background songs are all playing fine, but I'm not able to navigate away from this screen.

To resolve this, I have tried:

1. Quitting and restarting the game several times

2. Restarting and recycling the Xbox

3. Clearing my local data

4. Deleting and re-adding my Xbox account

5. Deleting and reinstalling EA FC 24

6. Resetting my Xbox (keeping games)

After each of these 6 steps, I re-opened EA FC 24 each time. And every single time, I got the exact same screen.

BTW - all my other games are working fine on my Xbox. They are all digital downloads just like EA FC 24.

It appears that EA doesn't support this game anymore, so I can't do a live chat or anything.

So I'm turning to this forum. Someone please help me. Thank you.
