Stuck in replay while game is going ahead in background

Game got me stuck viewing a replay on a division rivals match while my opponent was allowed to play on without me being able to do anything. All I was doing is editing team instructions after a red card (which was yet again awarded in a dumb fashion as the officials in this game are hilariously bad) This cost me promotion from my division. Stuff like this simply should not happen in a £70+ game and it’s really disappointing just how many issues are in the game. It’s been released half done as usual.

i can’t attach the video evidence I have because for some reason this site doesn’t accept MP4 files, which seems odd to me as it’s a very widely used format.
