Stuck issues when finished a match

Hello guys, I have a problem with the game. After I finish a game in squad battles and when I try to play with my friend against another duo, the screen gets stacked in loading screen, and it never starts. In the first case (squad battle) the screen stays like in the photo attached. About the second situation, just black screen and green loading logo, never starting the match. If I close the game and open it again, I'm able to play again until I finish a match. I'm playing in an ASUS VivoBook notebook, which works great during the match and in the whole interface.
