Suddenly got no access to transfer market

I'm playing with my account from 2021 or 2022 ND the transfer marker on the web app was opened normally , but suddenly it turned to locked on the web app in FC24 .. at the beginning of the game FC24 ...

No no it's not a ban , I didn't do anything wrong, it shows like the account is new and I need to play gamed in order to get the access, you know what I mean ! Although the account from 2021 and I play daily and the transfer marker on the web app was opened normally. So what's wrong?
