Does the team have any updates on this? As a note, if there are probability odds in the pack, it doesn't matter if a promo has ended or not. The ultra ice breaker encore pack had probabilities for winter wildcard icons, thunderstruck, and dynasty icons which are all ended promos. So I thought that EA added probabilities for TOTY to this pack to give player the chance to pack a TOTY (without honorable mentions) outside of the promo.

Write to support until they finally admit that they made a mistake and must compensate for what they themselves offered for $30 a pack that should contain TOTY, but did not add them there.

Does the team have any updates on this? As a note, if there are probability odds in the pack, it doesn't matter if a promo has ended or not. The ultra ice breaker encore pack had probabilities for winter wildcard icons, thunderstruck, and dynasty icons which are all ended promos. So I thought that EA added probabilities for TOTY to this pack to give player the chance to pack a TOTY (without honorable mentions) outside of the promo.

There is an "Email us" button.
You can indicate my case number, that you have the same problem - 168345617. We will achieve the truth with numbers.
Also, if you have friends, ask them to log in here and raise the topic to attract attention.
We were, albeit by mistake, deceived into opening a very expensive pack, and when we took out cards from there that were supposed to be TOTY, the support pretended that nothing had happened.

I’ll just quote another brilliant answer. That is, they admit that the package contained an incorrect description of the chance, but there will be no compensation. Despite the fact that there was always compensation if the package was incorrect. But apparently this doesn’t work when the pack costs 3.5k FP

They owe you Renard and KDB, and they owe me Renard, Rodri, Popp, Kerr and Frimpong =)
