Switch fc24 grey players
The players are grey during matches on fc24, everything else is coloured. I've got a very frustrated child. How can I sort this out please?

I'm dealing with the exact same thing. Even signing out of the game and closing it doesn't work. Something from this latest update went very wrong
- @Footylegend148 Try deleting the profile when entering the game.
