Teams not playing their best players. Game breaking career mode bug.

Just like in FIFA a couple years ago teams are not playing all their best players in career mode. After 10
games into the first season Haaland for example have only played 2 games for City. Rice have only played 3 games for Arsenal and Bruno F have only played 3 games for Man United. Teams are also rotating their keepers in a unrealistic way. Liverpool have used 3 keepers, Alisson have only played 3 games. Burnley have used 4 keepers. This bug makes the good teams underperform. City and Liverpool is in the bottom of the table and Luton is in second place. This bug is game breaking and makes the game unplayable. I tried starting a new save and the same bug happened, but with other teams and players. Please fix!!!
