Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When making the annual review player selection in FC24SBC, after completing all the steps of the SBC and going to the unredeemed section in the store to exchange and use, upon selecting the exchange, three gold quality players appeared. I am not sure if this is because there was a previous instance of a three-choice gold quality player that got stuck and did not display, causing an unintended card to appear when using the annual review player selection.
What happens when the bug occurs? After opening the annual review player selection, three gold quality players appeared. I chose the 84-rated gold player. In the annual review player selection, I also chose the Dembélé player in the same position. Both players were selected simultaneously and appeared in the unredeemed section. However, I only made one selection for the gold quality player. Unaware, I was forced to choose the Dembélé player covered by the 84-rated gold player. This is not the choice I wanted, and I cannot see what the other two choices were.
What should be happening instead? I should have been given separate choices! After completing the selection of the gold player, I should have been allowed to pick the annual review three-choice player again, instead of being forced to choose without being able to see the options for the annual review three-choice player.
I feel that this has caused me significant distress. I was compelled to choose what may be a very weak player, which was not my intention. I need the right to compensation or a reselection. The annual review three-choice should, at the very least, be completed under conditions where I can see and make an informed choice. I am a relatively new player to FC24, and creating an SBC is a substantial investment for me. You can verify if obtaining two players from a single choice is a bug by checking the player acquisition logs. This should not be happening.
