Hi I had the same error. Did you manage to figure out why it was happening and solved it. Please let me know. I have been trying for many days. I have tried many methods including the ones you mentioned @EA_Barry This is the error.
Also EA Developers & Team please check the attached command info taken from the dump file. Also check this folder contains all files i found related to the error. In there a video demonstation of me attempting to launch the game on my PC the error occuring.
