the application has encountered an unexpected errorr

i had this error for a week i dont know what the problem is my gpu is up to date and the windows is up to date
everytime i launch the game a crash report handler pop up saying 
"the application has encountered an unexpected error"
I tried uninstalling the game and ea anticheat
nothing worked
i need help
