Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Any time you get into a competitive online game, like Rivals, Champions, Clubs
What happens when the bug occurs? right after the game shows the opponent squad, it gives me a message saying, "You lost your connection to your opponent. We'll check the match report to see who won and who lost." It takes me to the ultimate team menu without registering it as a win-or-lose. On pro clubs, I can play the drop-in games but I can't play league games with my friends, It just doesn't load the game keeping me in the squad screen.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play your game, I paid you a lot of money for it and I'm not able to play any online competitive game.
