The FC Points that I redeemed are not showing on FC 24

I purchased 2800 FC Points via a third party website (Gamivo).  I successfully redeemed the code on the EA website (not the EA App) and had no issue. When I open the FC 24 App on my phone it doesn´t ...

    I had the same issue. With a code from trusted website. The Code worked as it should showed up as a legit code in the EA app and was redeemable. Redeemed it, never got my points.
