the game crashing on the loading screan
I play on Steam every time I open the game it loads then a black screen and it crashes I've tried everything possible, driver, troubleshooting nothing helped anyone know what to do

I highly doubt that.
I have the following:
I5 10400
16GB DDR4
Gigabyte Technology Z590M
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12GB.
So my PC not meeting the requirements, I don't see that as a likely option.
So, if I try to troubleshoot with the other options you've done, and it still doesn't work, can I then request a refund?
are you running windows 11? if so I believe we have the same issue, the game won't run in windows 11.
Been trying to play the game since end of november 2023.
Edit: I saw someone posted they managed to play it once they downgrade to windows 10.
I do have Windows 11, yes. But downgrading my Windows for playing a NextGen game would be a joke xD
