the game does not open
my game is not open pls help me first I open the app and I see the black screen.And I return on my main screen PLEASE HELP !!!! ☹️

I use steam. My FC24 loads into the menu, but when I try to play to a match, offline, or even try to do the practice drills, the game just infinitely loads. It does not go further than that.
When I first installed the game I was able to play the first game that determines what difficulty is recommended. After that the problem starting occuring.
