The kits of the players become fully black & their faces become faded

What happens when the bug occurs? THE PLAYER FACES BECOME FADED & THE KITS BECOME FULLY BLACK WHILE I'M IN THE GAME OR IN THE MENU SCREEN
What should be happening instead? THE KITS & THE FACES SHOULD BE AS THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE WHEN THE BUG OCCURS

I've been facing an issue in EA FC™ 24 for the last couple of months and it is really annoying...it is related to the player faces & their kits...suddenly when I'm about to play a game...the kits of the players become fully black & their faces become faded...even the body parts go missing (i.e hands)...I'm attaching a picture so that you can understand better & help me with this issue.
