The points I spend are disappearing after the update.

For the past few days, I've been buying tokens on FC24 to enter the draft and started playing against the AI. However, after a few minutes in the game, I received an error message similar to "The game has been terminated due to a connection issue," and despite having the upper hand in the game when I encountered this error, I found out that I lost the very first match of the draft for which I paid 15,000 UT and couldn't continue.However, today around 10:00-10:20, I received another update in the game and encountered an error. When I logged back in, I noticed that the players I had transferred were gone, and along with that, the UT I had spent had disappeared as well. I don't think I'm the only one facing this situation. I'm relatively new to FC24, and I can't understand how such a rookie mistake can happen in a game like EA's. Moreover, I only lost something I earned in-game; if it had happened after spending real money on FC, I could have written much worse things. I request assistance in rectifying this error.
