I am not sure where to post this as in typical EA style even the website and complaints/speak to someone process is shambolic.
But what is going on with the EAFC servers? They have been embarrassingly bad this year, consistently. This full week I have been kicked out repeatedly despite having a strong internet connection. You make it so hard to speak to anyone for guidance as well it's shocking.
You take a lot of money for the game and give us such a poor game, then make it basically impossible to request a refund. It's shocking this year, I'd like to be refunded for the game and for some advice about what is going to change next year.
