after I won a match and the animations of the players celebrating were already appearing, I was notified that the ultimate team server was unable to process it, so I was disconnected and lost the match, even though it had already been closed, I'm going through this a lot, never hear compensation or something, but now that was the limit, it was a very important victory

i still get constant disconnections in the menus, when I access an SBC, when I try to submit an SBC, when I move between menus, it hung two times this morning just trying to access ultimate team, and the last straw was getting a loss AFTER a game had finished and, I assume, the game couldn’t register the win. Why not cache the result somewhere and try and repost it?

My home network is absolutely fine!!!! For god sake EVERYTHING else I do on the internet works like a dream. The message should read…you have lost your connection to the EA servers, our bad, our servers are awful, as a courtesy we won’t charge you a loss and you can play that game again.
Now this message when I’ve been trying to get to Squad Battles just to finish up my play 3 for the day

i keep getting disconnected while playing the game when I’m winning and it’s giving me a loss. Highly frustrating as it’s in crucial games like promotions in rivals or weekend league games
I’ve retested my connection quality at a different time of the day same device same connection same result
I’ve had the same issue spike up just in the last couple of days like everyone else. Socials are ablaze with this too, as are creators on youtube

The same happened to me just now. I was winning 4-0 and this was the last match for the promotion to Division 4. The opponent disconnected and I was booted out saying I could not connect to the servers. log in again and boom DNF and a loss
