Você deve ir em configurações, perfil e apagar o elenco online.
Isso também estava acontecendo comigo, depois que fiz isso conseguir jogar online o modo temporadas.

This error happened right after when I logged in my user in the FC24 COMPANION mobile app for Ultimate team. I have logged out of the app, unlinked my EA account from the Nintendo Switch and linked it again, but I still can't connect to the servers and I can't play Ultimate Team.
