The Transfer Market is currently unavailable. Please try again later.

Hi There, I have quit the game for 2 months and just got back playing these 2 days. But all of a sudden my account has a "The Transfer Market is currently unavailable. Please try again later." message whenever I try to access the Transfer Market.

I also saw in ban history that there is a sanction but no reason attached. How is this even possible? Please take a look, thanks.

It looks like you might have gotten a transfer market ban on your account. Unfortunately we're not able to help with bans here on the forums, but if you'd like to raise a dispute you can always reach out to our terms of service team. They'll be able to take a look at this for you.

Hey @packed_carbon,

A transfer market ban is usually permanent, unless you can successfully appeal to our terms of service team. You should have gotten an email from them with some more information, maybe it's an idea to check your spam folder in case it got routed there?
