The verification code is not working for me

After the update it asks me for a verification code, when I enter the verification code and when I click continue it does not advance or do anything I've been like this for two days and nothing happe...

    Thank you very much for the support, I was now able to solve the verification code problem, it was solved by resetting your console and keeping games and applications, I hope this does not happen to me again

If that's not resolved, please test any other EA games and see how that goes.  

You can also add a secondary email address from your EA Account Settings, just to update and resynch your account information. 

Additionally, you can reset your console and keep games & apps.
