Third/Alternate Kits Bugged

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:PlayStation 5

What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID?
Which mode has this happened in? Kick off
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to kit selection to view kits
What happens when the bug occurs? The alternate kits for multiple teams, including the PSG Jordan alternate kit shows a generic white uniform and not the correct one. The correct numbering/font can be seen, but not the right kit. The generic white uniform is displayed while playing as well.
What should be happening instead? Alternate kits displayed in selection/match

I just wanted to bring this to attention so a fix can be put in place quickly. Anyone else having this issue?

    There’s a good bit of teams with their 3rd kit showing a white generic kit. Hoping for a fix sooner than later.

    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered while using EA FC24. Specifically, I have noticed that there are missing alternative/third kits for many of the clubs in the game. I have been unable to find a solution to this problem online, which is why I am reaching out to you for assistance.
     
    I would like to inquire whether there is a way to resolve this issue on my end or if it is a broader problem related to EA's content. Additionally, if I were to start a career mode with a club that currently lacks certain kits, will these missing kits be added to my saved game over time, or would I need to start a new career to access them?
     
    My EA account associated with this issue is [edit: email address removed]. I’m a Xbox Series X player and for your information, the Trikots are technically there, just replaced with some white kits, grey stripes, some kind of EA badge and red numbers.
     
    I appreciate your attention to this matter and would be grateful for any guidance or information you can provide to help resolve this issue. Thank you for your time and assistance.

    Dear EA Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I have encountered in my FIFA gaming experience. It appears that the third kits or alternative kits for some teams are missing and have been replaced with basic white kits featuring an EA-like logo.

    I frequently play the Career Mode, and I’m wondering if these kits will be updated and reflected in ongoing Career Mode saves, or if I have to start a new career to see these changes.


    Your prompt assistance in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated. I’ve been a long-time fan of the FIFA/ EA FC series and look forward to enjoying the game with its full range of kits and features.

    3Rd kit to Blackburn are also missing and the shirt sponsor on the front off the other Kits are also wrong !!🤬venkys is not our main Kit sponsor either  so i really do hope that this will be Fixed !

    Which part of the mode? Manager Career
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When going into kit selector before you start the a game. Select the spurs third kit. However I’ve seen many kits do this.
    What happens when the bug occurs? You play in all white kit
    What should be happening instead? Third shirt should be selected and displayed.

    After the update, the glitched 3rd kits are not fixed and the white generic kits have actually been removed completely. So no solution to this as of now. I don’t get how it’s so hard to have this stuff right before launching.
