Title Update 16 EURO 2024 Substitution Board Visual Glitch

Platform:PlayStation 5

What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID? flcinusa
Which mode has this happened in? Tournament Mode
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a game and make a substitution
What happens when the bug occurs? The substitution board is not the tournament version, its the default version
What should be happening instead? It should be the stylised tournament version

Hey @flcinusa Thanks for sharing this with us. At the moment, we don't see any similar reports, and we could not reproduce this on our end.

Check if deleting squad updates and any potentially corrupt files in EA SPORTS FC will fix this for you. Let us know if that works.

Check if deleting squad updates and any potentially corrupt files in EA SPORTS FC will fix this for you. Let us know if that works.

Deleting DLC, and assorted squad files did fix it, but it reoccurs when the game freezes as a match loads, closing the game corrupts the file(s) again.
I find the freezing during match load to be a new thing

There might have been an issue during the installation process. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game may be the only way to permanently fix those files.
