Title update TU18

Still no update to correct the problem since TU15 on career mode. Loads of us rely on this and it's totally screwed up...don't suppose it will ever get sorted now with FC 25 on it's way!!

In my Career Mode, I rely heavily on the feedback and updates from my Assistant Manager. However, after the latest update, I've encountered a bizarre issue where emails from the Assistant Manager are filled with placeholder text and code strings like "*CM_Mail_LowSharpnessPlayer_Balanced_TrainingPlanUpdate_Body."
