Top of the Pyramid Trophy/Achievement not unlocked

PS5 Player here, so I was part of a huge and very active club with 24 members in PRO CLUBS, We needed to win just one game to get promoted to Elite Division. I couldn't play the match since the team ...

Does anyone receive the trophy if you play any subsequent match after being promoted (e.g. match 1 of the Elite division)?

Playing a game in the division elite did not solve the problem, the trophy is still unlocked, please solve the problem, this was a really hard achievment to get
