Hi I'm new to this and I hate/ have never complained befor, so sorry in advance. But -
I have been playing the lounge season 6 to get the guaranteed tots pack which I got, I have then saved that pack to wait for premier league tots to start which was today at 6pm (so I believe) . I opened the pack at 6.30pm and got a live tots player in the bundesliga, hincapie.
Did I get something wrong , can someone help me please?
I had the same issue.
I opened a Saved Guaranteed TOTS Pack just after 6pm and received a Live TOTS Card instead.
I await compensation for EA's error.
Agreed 👍🏼, hopefully they can give us the packs back ??
The pack contains any TOTS released up until the point you opened it.
This was clearly stated in the description.

I read the pack would contain the tots currently running at the time of opening.
It actually said Live tots in the description
