What happens when the bug occurs? as announced hansen toty 97 card will be the only card in packs until the promo is done then the her totw card will drop then but instead i got the totw card and not the toty
What should be happening instead? hansen 97 toty card instead of hansen totw 92 card
please try resolve this as soon as possible
the promo is ending tomorrow and we need the toty card for the champs event
my totw card must be replaced with 97 toty card(this have been confirmed too by the ea chat help who told me it must be resolved)
