I have bought the 3000 point TOTY store pack yesterday.
As usual , i didnt get even 1 TOTY player / HM player. But the things make me even furious is that the TOTY Loan only show rare gold players.
Probably i wont do any in game purchase again.

I received from this pack
Vieira and Xavi loan 10 match
Not yet 3 TOTY player pick loan in this pack
But I got a gold player on loan instead.
which is not as advertised by the advertising package
I still haven't received 3 toty player pick loan 10 matches from the elite toty pack.
I received is a gold player pick loan 10 match.
This is due to an issue that has not yet been resolved
EA staff Tell me
"We have received reports were players are receiving toty Version of CAROLINE GRAHAM HANSEN instead of TOTY Version. This Issue is considered resolved as it's working as designed."

Check the 3rd screenshot. ITS UNBELIEVABLE HOW UNFAIR AND INCOMPTENT this company is. I spoke with 2 agents for an hour who kept copy pasting responses their HR team gave them. I tagged a community manager @EA_LeonSK but still nothing. These people don't care about your hard earned $, stop doing any business with these casino operators!!
I posted the same thing here and even tagged @EA_LeonSK, but they don't give a crap about any of this, we have already spent the $ so our concerns are no longer valid. Raise your concerns before spending $ of these leeches. Better yet, don't do any business with these pathetic people!
