TRAINER SETTINGS NOT SAVING IN CAREER MODE

Every time I play a new match in career mode, the trainer settings (movement indicator, showing where I shoot etc) are reset every time, meaning I have to go into trainer settings and change it every time, I'm seeing people with this same issue from 2 years ago, wondering if there are any fixes to this
