Training Boost Items not working properly in Player Career

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Player Activities and the Shopping tab. Buy the items that grant training boosts.
What happens when the bug occurs? These items with training boosts used to boost all future training in previous editions of the game. In EA sports FC 24 they boost the very next training and then the boost goes away, which makes absolutely no sense.
What should be happening instead? As in previous editions of the game, these items should provide permanent training boosts.
Other people have raised this question, but received no support. Fix this, EA.
