How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select the training plan "Performance-focused" or "All Out Performance".
What happens when the bug occurs? The fitness level of the player will not decrease (although it should) and the sharpness level will be boosted too much.
What should be happening instead? The fitness level should decrease (and not stay the same) and the sharpness level should not be boosted this much.
The training plans "Performance-focused" and "All Out Performance" in career mode are broken. They add too much sharpness and do not decrease the fitness level of the players. I have not seen this bug getting reported before, so please vote up so EA sees this!
