Since Quick Sell price is higher than minimum transfer list value, it's profit making way to buy all those listed club anthems from listed prices and sell with "quick sell". It was same in Fifa 23 also, and you can notice that there are tons of orders already entered or being purchased automatically (if listed buy-out price is lower than quick sell price). 

I don't think people try to buy-sell 24 hours these items. It's same with Stadium or Kits etc etc.

So many of them should be trading bots those people use to make profit and sell to "Coin Purchase" websites or these web sites are behind of it. It's damaging trading system. 

My suggestion is none of items should have lower "quick sell" price than minimum "transfer list" price.
