Transparent players

The players do not appear, from the beginning of the game the players, balls, court, trophies do not appear, they do not load correctly. I bought the game and what a disappointment.
Could you give me an answer as to why this is happening to me. My PC meets the requirements to be able to play FC 24 without any problem.
I have seen on forums that the same thing happened to several people.
