Ultimate Team Menue Glitch

Sometimes when I try exit a section of ultimate team and go into another one, my menu glitches out and looks like the image attached.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and this is also just to let you know about the problem.

I'm on a PC

My graphics drivers are updated

I've validated my files on Steam

This has been happening since I got the game
