unable to acces ultimate team

hi yall, i just started to make a new account on pc on the ea app about an hour ago. however when i do my settings and other i try to go to ultimate team it shows me that i could not connect the ultimate team as the picture provided. i tried everything like relog, reinstall, and restart my pc however, the answer i received is still the same could u guys help me out on this thanks. im eager to await all your responses thanks
