I recently bought a ps5 and was connecting to the ea servers no problem but for the past 5 days it has not let me connect to the ea servers!!
I have disconnected and reconnected the modem, I have restarted the ps5
thos is very frustrating! I connected another game to ps5 with no internet issues what so ever so the error is clearly with the EA servers!

Temporarily remove any other devices from your console (external hard drives, bluetooth headsets, etc.)
Set Manual DNS.
Go to the internet settings -> network -> set up internet connection -> Wifi/LAN (depending which you are using) -> Select custom -> choose your network (wifi) -> Leave IP Address Settings as automatic -> DHCP leave as do not specify -> DNS Settings choose manual -> and fill in primary 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as secondary -> MTU leave as automatic -> Proxy Server leave as do not use -> Test connection.
