Unable to connect
When trying to enter Ultimate Team I recieve the message that I'm unable to connect to my account, I'm advised to contact EA support who then have no idea why this is happening when looking at my account.
The support operative, Alexson, advised me to post here and that was the end of my support experience.
My internet connection in general is fine, the xbox is hard wired so it's not a signal issue. The xbox is connected to the Internet and all other games are working fine online.
