Unable to join or invite player

Question

Hey guys, I now have a PC and my friend has a PS5 and Crossplay has been activated, but we don’t know how to play together. Is there a solution? There is a message that appears saying

This player doesn't meet the

requirements to join your current

game mode.

I don't mean same network @hemzzyy1, I mean same protocol. Are you both IPV6 for example?
