SInce Title update 8. I am unable to play the game. As the game crashes right after EA Anti cheat Splash Screen.I Have uninstalled steam,ea play,game countless time but still the problem persists.
Thanks for your feedback. I did as you said. I ran the scan but Windows did not find anything wrong with my computer. I also created a new account and tried again. I still got this error message attached. Please help! This is so depressing especially when i have a laptop that's more than capable of playing any high-end game.
Same here. Not a single suggestion from any forum or you tube works. Also EA send these standard replies with some steps. They we all done multiple times before I even started the ticket.
My PC is way above what EA FC needs. But just stuck at Splash.
Here is the situation. See if this clarifies the situation. There are so many steps I already performed.
The game in PC just hangs in the white splash screen.
The problem started on 2/2/2024 Early Morning EST. I have been playing the game through FIFA 23 and all these time in EAFC 24.
Initially When I had issue I tried the following
Repair the game from EA App.
Clear cache
Going offline and online (not sure why this works for some people)
Installed all the windows update.
Set all EXEs to run as Administrator.
Reinstalled the game from scratch 2 times.
Disabled overlays.
Disabled the "Radeon Software Startup Task" from start up.
Tried using the built in GPU in my system by forcing a Profile.
Clean boot.
Installed VC drivers again
Uninstalled all the possible Windows updates as back as October'23.
But then reinstalled Windows itself.
Reset the whole Windows OS (including all AMD Drivers)
Uninstalled and installed all VC Drivers
Clean boot.
Clear Cache
Run as Administrator
The game is stuck at the exact same point as before.
The only difference that I see now is that before reinstalling windows when I was executing EAAntiCheat.Installer and tried repair and update, it was failing every time.
After reinstalling the Windows, EAAntiCheat.Installer can do repair and update both without any issues.
Attached are msinfo amd DxDiag before and after reinstallation. By the way i have a ticket 168631421 open with EA
I have done as you said. Uninstalled and installed on a new account. Same response received. I’m not sure what you mean by “continue troubleshooting” . I’m not sure what other solution is available. Can you please assist.
