Your account may have been disabled for a long time of inactivity if it appears as 'disabled'.
Please try to use the last email address registered on that account to reset your password.

On the EA Help homepage, type 'EA App' into the search bar and select the tile that appears.
Select See all help topics.
Select the Manage my account category.
Select I need help logging into my EA Account.
Under the heading 'Still need help', the available contact options should appear.
Those should help you get contact options.
