    Hey @Bryce_reb 

    If the workaround did not resolve the issue for you, please contact our support team. They can help you add a secondary email to your account. 

    1. Click here on your PC: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/  
    2. Search for and select 'EA App' in the search bar.  
    3. In the left menu, click on 'Manage my account'.  
    4. Then, choose 'I need help logging into my account'. More information on verification codes can be found here: Here
