Unable to recover player after accidental quick sell
Dear EA support,
I am writing regarding an issue I've encountered in FC24 with a player I accidentally quick sold from my Ultimate Team club. Specifically, I quick sold my 87-rated Aurelien Tchouameni (Radioactive EVO) card when hurriedly clearing out some other unwanted players.
As soon as I realized my mistake, I went onto the FC24 web app and luckily was able to recover Tchouameni through the recovery system. However, when going back into my PlayStation console and loading up FC24, I do not have the option to send Tchouameni to my club. On console, it is showing "Claim your new item" rather than giving me the choice to recover him.
Additionally, on the web app itself, after recovering him, I no longer have a button to send Tchouameni into my club. He is showing as "Recovered" but I have no way to move him from the recovery section into my actual Ultimate Team squad.
I tried restarting both the console game and web app, but still do not have the option on either platform to send the recovered Tchouameni into my active FUT club to use him in my team. Please advise if there is any way to sync things up properly.

Let me know if any other details would help troubleshoot this. I really hope there is a way for me to get Aurelien Tchouameni (Radioactive EVO) out of recovery limbo and onto my actual FC24 Ultimate Team roster. Looking forward to any suggestions you may have.
