Unable to start online draft due to two versions of the same icon

My son got 2 different versions of Zidane in an offline draft en now can't start a game. Ultimate Team quits when starting a game with it. Moving to bench or reserves does not work. Please let me know what to do or just reset my offline draft.

I have EA play and get free draft tokens each month.

Please fix this as soon as possible.

If moving both items to reserves and restarting the game doesn't help, please contact our support team and ask them if they can reset this specific draft for you to fix it.

@EA_Pulsar , thanks for your reply. The only topic concerning draft is to request a free draft token. Q&A chat also isn't an option as they refer me towards the same solution (free draft token).

Since your draft gets stuck and you cannot load it to proceed in the game, you can select the "Technical Support" category on the page for any related  game loading issues. 

Same problem and there no way to contact them to reset this website is difficult and when you report your problem the answer is contact ea help where is the help if there is no way to contact them i am with this problem for weeks and still no solution ea help need to be serious about it and make it easy for us 

This issue is still affecting me, I have had this occur with two version of Zidane about two months ago and it's still not fixed. The reserves solution does nothing and I'm not sure what to do as I want that Ferland Mendy card in the new objectives. Very frustrating.
