I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the ongoing connection issues I have been experiencing in your game, FC 24. As a dedicated player and a professional software engineer, I am well-versed in the nuances of online gaming and network connectivity. I can confidently assert that the problem lies not with my own setup, but squarely on your end.

Despite being based in Bulgaria and having an extremely reliable and high-speed internet connection, the quality of online play in FC 24 is abysmal. My players are consistently affected by lag, to the extent that they often go outside of the pitch, utterly disrupting the gameplay. This issue points towards the server distance, with the nearest one being over 2,000 kilometers away, but it also highlights a significant deficiency in your network infrastructure.

This situation is unacceptable for a game of this caliber, and it is disappointing to see such neglect for the international player base. The lack of proper server support in certain regions, like mine, makes the game virtually unplayable.

As a result of these ongoing issues, I have decided not to spend any further money on FC 24. It is insulting to offer a game in regions where you cannot provide adequate service. This oversight is a clear indication of disregard for your customers outside of the primary server locations.
