unknown error FC24

 I cannot download the FC24. When the download is complete, it shows me that there is an unknown error. Knowing that I downloaded it when I first downloaded the game and I was playing safely, but after a while I cannot play and it forces me to download it again and it does not load properly and shows an incorrect download.
