I bought the Supreme Season Opener pack this morning on PS5.
It clearly had the handshake symbol showing it was a tradeable pack. When I unpacked the players they were all untradeable!
My only intention was to get players to sell in the market to save up for a specific player. I had already bought 3 Prime Player packs before I discovered this pack was also tradeable so I put 2500 tokens into it expecting to be able to sell the players.
On investigation after the fact all of the promo packs appear to be tradeable which is an obvious bug. But one that has resulted in me being missold and out 2500 tokens!
please fix and reimburse my tokens.
I can share screenshots of the other promo packs with tradeable symbol attached that were previously untradeable. Obviously the pack I bought has disappeared but I can assure you it also had the tradeable symbol
Now attached proof that the Supreme Season Opener is incorrectly labelled as a tradeable pack.
This was taken from my sons account so it also shows the bug is much wider than only one account.
Please advise on reimbursement of my 2500 tokens
