Packs in the promos show as tradeable, but they are not.

    Can an EA team please help me with this. The chat function with your team got me nowhere and I am now very frustrated. 

    Please see picture attached. 

    The guy on chat said this was a known issue and I would like to know what is happening as I just spent £30 and didn't get what I paid for. 

    Any help is appreciated.
